Shipping & Delivery
We offer free express shipping to all domestic orders over AUD $1000. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST). Kindly note that we do not process orders or dispatch shipments on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Once dispatched, Alice & Annie cannot be held responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
Production begins on the first business day after your order is placed.
As each piece is crafted to order, please allow 4 weeks for production. Once your jewellery is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 3-5 business days. This timeframe is not included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We offer complimentary express shipping Australia-wide. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days from dispatch for express shipping. For more information visit Australia Post.
We ship worldwide using DHL to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. All international orders include tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that prices shown do not include any import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Alice & Annie at checkout.
In some cases, international orders may be subject to customs processing upon arrival. Your parcel may be held until duties or taxes are paid, which can occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our control.
All orders are shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery for your peace of mind. In the rare event that your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will promptly lodge an investigation with the courier. If the parcel cannot be recovered within 10 business days, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note, once your parcel has been marked as delivered, Alice & Annie is no longer responsible for loss or theft. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. Alice & Annie is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information, or addresses that cannot be verified by Australia Post or international couriers.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or redirect the shipment. We are also unable to refund or replace items that have been marked as delivered by the courier.
