Our Jewellery
We use solid gold and lab-grown diamonds.
Please allow at least 4 weeks for production for our made to order pieces. Production begins on the first business day after your order is placed. Once production begins, we’re unable to make adjustments or cancellations.
Once your jewellery is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Yes. All Alice & Annie jewellery is covered by a six-month warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing faults. This excludes wear and tear, improper handling, and alterations by other jewellers. Please refer to Returns & Exchanges for more information.
To preserve the beauty of your Alice & Annie piece, we recommend the following:
- Wear thoughtfully: remove your jewellery before exercising, swimming, or using household chemicals.
- Store carefully: keep your pieces in the provided pouch or box to avoid scratches and tangling.
- Clean gently: use your Alice & Annie polishing cloth to restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough handling.
- Last on, first off: apply perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery to protect the gold and stones.
Each Alice & Annie piece is crafted to be worn and loved daily, a little care helps it stay as beautiful as the day you received it.

We specifically use nickel-free alloys for all of our gold.
Each lab-grown diamond is selected to meet our high standards of quality and beauty, typically colourless with VS clarity, offering exceptional brilliance and a clean look. All of our lab-grown diamonds that are above 1 carat (not total carat weight) will come with IGI or GIA certification, verifying their quality, grading, and authenticity.
All of our stones are ethically grown using advanced technology, resulting in diamonds that are chemically and visually identical to natural diamonds. If you want to read more about lab-grown diamonds visit our Journal page.
Orders & Sizing

As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to make any changes once your order has been placed.
We kindly ask that you double-check all order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are packed with care and shipped from our Melbourne studio.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, please provide a residential street address at checkout.
Yes, we ship to select countries. Delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Duties and taxes are not determined by Alice & Annie, they are set by each country’s governing customs authority. We do not collect duties and taxes at checkout.
Yes. For your peace of mind, all Alice & Annie domestic and international orders are shipped with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.
This ensures your jewellery reaches you safely and securely. If no one is home, your parcel will be redirected to your local post office/collection point for collection.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for production. Once complete, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days. This timeframe is not included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Australia: estimated 1-4 business days after dispatch for express shipping.
International: estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and varies based on your shipping location. This timeframe begins after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Your order is thoughtfully wrapped in recyclable materials to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully. Your piece will come nestled in our signature jewellery box, accompanied by a soft protective pouch and polishing cloth for ongoing care.
Whether it’s a gift or just for you, unboxing is part of the experience. Every detail is considered. For peace of mind, all orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging to keep your delivery private and secure.
Repairs, Returns & Warranty
Because our pieces are made to order, we don’t accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We kindly ask that you double-check your size and order details before placing your order.
Yes, all Alice & Annie pieces include a six-month warranty beginning from the date of delivery rather than the date of purchase for manufacturing faults. Proof of purchase is required. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information on your warranty.
A manufacturing fault refers to a defect or issue that occurs during the production process, something that isn’t caused by wear, damage, or mishandling.
Examples of manufacturing faults include:
- Loose or missing stones upon delivery
- Breakage due to faulty soldering or setting
- Clasps, links, or closures that fail due to production issues
Our warranty does not apply to:
- General wear and tear
- Tarnishing, fading, or oxidisation
- Tangled chains or breakage from accidental impact, improper storage, or misuse
- Bent, snapped, or distorted rings or earrings due to force
- Third-party alterations or repairs
- Lost or stolen items
- Breakage after the six-month warranty period.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and within the six-month warranty, we will gladly repair your piece. Please email us at info@aliceandannie.com.au with a description, clear photos of the damage, and your proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.
Once received, we’ll advise you on how to return the piece to our studio for assessment. After inspection, we’ll provide a detailed repair description.
Repairs typically take 4 weeks. Please note postage to our studio is the responsibility of the customer.
